This patient discussed her goals of larger, fuller breasts with Oceanside Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Gregory Park. Dr. Park’s patient was able to increase her bra size from 36B to 36DD after undergoing her breast augmentation surgery. Because of some slight volume asymmetry, two different Allergan Moderate Plus saline implants were used for augmentation. The left implant (390-420cc) was filled to 420cc’s and the right (420-450cc) was filled to 450cc’s to improve volume symmetry and accomplish this patient’s breast enhancement goals.
