This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using saline implants and a circumareolar breast lift about 20 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her revision breast augmentation and breast lift. She wanted to replace her saline breast implants with silicone implants and have her breasts lifted. She also wanted to be able to wear the same bra size after surgery. 375cc Moderate Plus smooth Mentor MemoryGel silicone breast implants were used to replace her saline implants. The new implants were placed into same submuscular pockets. Her breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. Her before and after photos show her revision breast augmentation and breast lift results 8 months after her surgery.
