Mentor MemoryGel High Profile Siltex textured round silicone breast implants were used by Dr. Gregory Park, San Diego area plastic surgeon, for this breast enhancement surgery. This patient was concerned about her deflated asymmetric breasts after nursing her 3 children. She felt that her breasts were saggy, but she did not want a breast lift because of the potential for visible scars. A 350cc breast implant on the left and 375cc implant on the right were placed through lowered inframammary incisions in dual plane split submuscular pockets increasing this patient’s bra size from 34B to 34D and improving her volume asymmetry. She has no muscle function issues or animation deformity. She happy that she was able to avoid scars on the visible portions of her breasts. Her before and after photos show her breast augmentation results 9 months after her surgery.
