Mentor MemoryGel High Profile Xtra round silicone breast implants were used by Dr. Gregory Park, San Diego area plastic surgeon, for this breast augmentation surgery. 415cc breast implants were placed through inframammary incisions in multiplane split submuscular pockets increasing this patient’s bra size from 32B to 32DDD. She did not want to have breast lift scars on her breasts and decided to undergo breast augmentation alone. She was very active prior to surgery. After surgery she has no muscle function limitations or animation deformity because of the type of pockets that she has. Her before and after photos show her breast augmentation results 4 months after her surgery.
