Ideal Saline Breast Implants were used by Dr. Gregory Park, Oceanside plastic surgeon, for this breast enhancement surgery. Patient had significant breast and shoulder position asymmetry preoperatively, therefore different dimension implants were used for each breast. Ideal 300 saline breast implant filled to 300cc was placed on the right and Ideal 270 filled to 305cc was placed on the left. The implants were placed through inframammary incisions in dual plane split submuscular pockets increasing this patient’s bra size from 34B to 34D. She has no problems with animation deformity. She is very happy with her results. Her before and after photos show her breast augmentation results 5 months after her surgery.
