Mentor High Profile saline implants with a fill range of 460-550cc were used by Dr. Gregory Park, Oceanside plastic surgeon, for this breast augmentation/reconstruction. This patient had constricted or tuberous breasts that never developed into “”normal”” appearing breasts. Her submuscular pockets were made in such a way as to create more normal appearing breasts with the added volume and shape of her implants. The implants were filled to the maximum volume of 550cc’s to increase this patient’s bra size from 38A to 38D.
