This patient had undergone a breast augmentation by another San Diego area plastic surgeon using silicone implants placed under the muscles through axillary (arm pit) incisions. She was not happy with the appearance of her breasts. She felt that her implants made her breasts look unnatural. She also complained of animation deformity when she flexed her chest muscles. She consulted with Dr. Gregory Park and she decided to use Mentor MemoryGel round silicone breast implants for this revision breast augmentation surgery. 275cc Siltex Round Moderate Plus Profile breast implants were placed in a dual plane split muscle pocket significantly reducing the animation deformity. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size was the same as her preoperative size, 32B. She is happy with her more natural appearing breasts. Her before and after photos show her results at 12 months.
