This patient reported that she had breast deflation after nursing her children. She also had inverted nipples in both breasts. She consulted with Dr. Gregory Park and discussed her goals for surgery; larger, natural looking breasts and improvement in her inverted nipples. Mentor Memory Shape Gummy Bear Anatomic (teardrop) shaped implants were used by Dr. Gregory Park, Oceanside plastic surgeon, for this breast enhancement surgery. 270cc breast implants were placed under the pectoralis muscle in a dual plane split muscle pocket to reduce the chance of animation deformity. Her inverted nipples were repaired. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size was increased from 34B to 34D. Her before and after photos show results 3 months after surgery.
