Because of volume asymmetry, different sized silicone implants were chosen to improve the breast size mismatch. 225cc (right) and 195cc (left) Medium Height Moderate Plus profile anatomic breast implants were placed under the pectoralis muscles in dual plane submuscular pockets. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size was increased from 34AA to 34B.
