This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 375 cc moderate plus silicone implants by another plastic surgery about 13 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform explant, capsulectomy, and breast lift. The patient developed chronic breast pain and tightness after surgery and felt that her breasts were saggy and too large. She wanted Dr. Park to remove her silicone breast implants and have her breasts lifted. Her implants were removed with total en bloc capsulectomy, and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. Her breast pain symptoms resolved and she was very happy with the size of her breasts after the breast lift and implant removal. Her before and after photos show her results 4 months after her surgery.
