This patient had a history of breast reduction in the past. After surgery she was a C cup. She subsequently had 2 kids and her breasts deflated to a B cup. Because of the deflation she underwent breast augmentation using 350cc silicone implants about 12 years prior to meeting Dr. Park. After surgery her bra size increased to 34DD and she complained of poor posture, breast hypertrophy, increased size of her areolae, and shape of the left breast. She asked Dr. Park to remove her silicone breast implants and have her breasts re-lifted. Her implants were removed and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the revision breast lift and implant removal. Her before and after photos show her results about 3 months after her surgery.
