This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using silicone implants almost 25 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her revision breast surgery. Her previous plastic surgeon had placed two implants per breast. Over time the patient felt that her breasts were saggy and too large. She wanted to remove her silicone breast implants and have her breasts lifted. During surgery her implants were found to be ruptured. The silicone implants and capsules were removed. And, the breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after her breast lift, implant removal, and total capsulectomy. Her before and after photos show her results 4 months after her surgery.
