This patient reported significant breast deflation and atrophy after nursing her children. This patient’s goal was to have fuller, lifted breasts. She discussed her goals with Dr. Gregory Park, Oceanside plastic surgeon, who recommended a breast lift along with breast augmentation. The patient wanted a more natural look, so she chose 245cc Medium Height Moderate Plus Mentor MemoryShape Anatomic silicone (Gummy Bear) implants for her breast augmentation. She also underwent a Lollipop style breast lift. Postoperatively her breasts now have more upper pole fullness and are natural looking and feeling.
