This patient consulted with Dr. Park to discuss her concerns about the appearance of her breasts. She reported that she had nursed 2 children resulting in sagging in her breasts. She was not interested in increasing the size of her breasts with breast implants. But, she did want to have lifted perkier more symmetric breasts. During her consultation she was reported that her left breast was slightly larger than her right breast. After discussing options for the improvement in the shape and symmetry of the breasts, the patient agreed with Dr. Park’s recommendation for a bilateral breast lift with a small left breast reduction using anchor incisions. The before and after photos show her results 4 months following surgery.
