This patient had a biopsy performed on her right breast as a teenager. As a result, the right breast developed less than the left creating size and position asymmetry. She wanted a small augmentation and more symmetry in size and position in her breasts. Dr. Park discussed the options with her, and the patient decided to undergo an augmentation using the same sized Mentor saline implants (175cc), a reduction/lift on the left and a breast lift on the right. After her surgery, this patient’s bra size increased slightly to 36C/D. Her before and after photos show her results at 4 months.
