This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 400+ cc saline implants and a breast lift in another town about 4 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her revision breast lift. Her previous surgery was complicated by wound separation and infection, resulting in prolonged healing and ugly scars. The patient also did not like the appearance of her breasts after surgery and felt that her breasts were too large. She wanted to remove her saline breast implants and have her breasts re-lifted. Her implants were removed and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the revision breast lift and implant removal. Her before and after photos show her results 2 months after her surgery.
