My patient suffered from chronic back and shoulder pain due to breast hypertrophy. She underwent bilateral breast reduction with 415 grams removed from the right and 503 grams removed from the left breast. Her previous bra size was a 34F. After her surgery her back and shoulder pain improved and she was able to wear a 34C bra.
