My patient was unhappy with her breast reduction results by another plastic surgeon. She still felt that her breasts were too large (36DDD) and uneven. I performed a revision breast reduction removing 403 grams from the right and 425 grams from the left breast. Postoperatively, she was happy with her results and was able to wear a 36D bra.
