This patient presented with concerns about her large breast size, sagging, and deflation. She reported that she had always had large breasts. After having children and nursing her breasts became larger and more saggy. This patient consulted with Dr. Park to discuss her concerns about the appearance of her breasts. During her consultation she was at her ideal body weight. After discussing options for the improvement in the shape of the breasts, the patient agreed with Dr. Park’s recommendation for a breast lift using an anchor incision along with a small reduction. About 170 grams of breast tissue was removed from each breast. 5 months after surgery the patient is very happy with her decision to undergo her breast lift/reduction.
