This patient had concerns about her breast shape and size. On examination, the patient had mild tuberous breasts with moderate lower breast constriction. Mentor MemoryShape Gummy Bear Anatomic (tear drop) shaped implants were used by Dr. Gregory Park, Oceanside plastic surgeon, for this breast augmentation surgery. 420cc Medium Height Moderate Plus profile anatomic breast implants were placed under the pectoralis muscle in a dual plane split muscle pocket. After breast augmentation, the shape and size of the breasts were improved. This patient’s bra size was increased from 36B to 36D. Photos show her 1 year before and after results.
