Patient was concerned about her protruding ears. She said that the kids at school teased her because of the appearance of her outstanding ears. She underwent ear surgery called an otoplasty which tucked back both ears. After the operation, the patient reported that she was no longer self conscious about her ears and had much more self-confidence. And, the kids at school no longer teased her.
