This patient wanted to improve the appearance of her deflated breasts after nursing her children. Mentor MemoryShape Anatomic Textured silicone breast implants were used by Dr. Gregory Park, San Diego area plastic surgeon, for this patient’s breast enhancement surgery. 315cc Medium Height Moderate Plus Tear Drop Shaped Gummy Bear breast implants were used increasing this patient’s bra size from 34A to 34C. Because of the patient’s active lifestyle, she did not want a standard submuscular pocket for her implants, since this would result in loss of pectoralis muscle strength and animation deformity. So, the breast implants were placed in dual plane split muscle pockets (multiplane pockets). She maintained full function of her chest muscles and has no animation deformity when flexing her muscles after her breast augmentation. Her before and after photos show her breast augmentation results 3 months after her surgery.
