This patient consulted with Dr. Park to discuss her concerns about her large breast size, size asymmetry, and sagging. Her starting bra size was 32DD. Her goals were lifted small D cup breasts. She reported that she had nursed 3 children resulting in sagging in her breasts. During her consultation she was at her ideal body weight. After discussing options for the improvement in the shape of the breasts, the patient agreed with Dr. Park’s recommendation for a breast lift with small breast reductions using anchor incisions. 3 month after surgery the patient’s breast are lifted and more volume and shape symmetric.
