This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using saline implants by another plastic surgeon several years ago. She had a rupture and deflation in her left breast implant but was unsure of the volume of saline in her implants. For her revision breast augmentation the patient wanted to replace her saline implants with silicone. Prior to her revision surgery she had her right implant deflated in the office to determine the approximate volume of her intact saline implant. This helped in determining the size of her replacement silicone implants. On the day of surgery, she underwent removal of her deflated saline implants and had them replaced with 550cc Allergan High Profile smooth round silicone implants. Her before and after results show her results 3 months after surgery.
