This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using Mentor Siltex Silicone implants 360 cc on the left and 385 cc on the right, and a lollipop mastopexy or breast lift in San Diego by another surgeon about 3 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her revision breast surgery. The patient did not like the appearance of her breasts after surgery and felt that her breasts were saggy and too large. She also felt that her implants were responsible for her hair loss and difficulty with concentration and memory. She wanted Dr. Park to remove her silicone breast implants with capsulectomy and have her breasts re-lifted. Her implants and capsules were removed and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the revision breast lift and implant removal with total capsulectomy. Her before and after photos show her results 3 months after her surgery. Size prior to surgery was 32DDD. Size of her breasts now is around 32C/D.
