This patient did not like the appearance of his nasal profile because of the hump along the bridge of his nose and droopy tip. He also had trauma to the nose resulting in a crooked nose. He underwent an open rhinoplasty to reduce the hump on the nose and had spreader grafts placed to achieve his goal for a straighter profile and straighter nose. His tip was slightly rotated up to improved the sagging tip. His before and after photos show his results 12 months after his nasal surgery.
