This patient developed different sized breasts during her teenage years. The size difference worsened after her pregnancy. She also had issues with chronic back and shoulder pain due to her large breasts. She consulted with Dr. Park, who recommended a breast reductions for both breasts. She agreed with Dr. Park’s plan. During surgery, the right breast was reduced by 830 grams and the left by 442 grams. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy that her symptoms were resolved and her breasts were more symmetric and lifted. Bras also fit better and her bra size was reduced from a 38G to a 38C after surgery.
