The patient had significant breast asymmetry. The right breast never developed normally due to Polands Syndrome. Saline implants were placed in both breasts and a circumareolar breast lift was performed on the left. Because of the lack of a pectoralis chest muscle, the patient underwent two additional surgeries on the right breast to improve the contour of the upper breast using autologous fat transfer or lipofilling.
