This patient had severe lack of breast development due to Polands syndrome. She underwent several stages to reconstruct her left breast. The first stage involved placement of a shaped tissue expander. During the second stage surgery the expander was removed and a silicone implant was placed within the expanded pocket. The final stage involved a right breast lift or mastopexy to improve the position of the right nipple.
