This patient wanted to achieve natural appearing breasts and enhance her cup size to a C cup. 280 cc Medium Height Moderate profile anatomic breast implants were placed on top of the pectoralis muscles in a subfascial pockets. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size was increased from 36B to 36C. This patient also had inverted nipples that were repaired at the time of her breast augmentation surgery.
