This patient had breast deflation and atrophy after nursing her children. She wanted to undergo breast augmentation surgery to restore and add to the volume to her breasts to achieve a natural result. After consulting with Dr. Gregory Park, Mentor Memory Shape Gummy Bear Anatomic (tear drop) shaped implants were used for this breast enhancement operation. 350cc breast implants were placed under the pectoralis muscles in a multiplane/dual plane split muscle pockets. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size was increased from 34B to 36D.
