This patient presented with concerns about breast deflation after nursing her 2 boys and volume and breast position asymmetry since puberty. Her right breast has always been larger and lower than the left. Different sized Ideal Saline Breast Implants were used by Dr. Gregory Park, Oceanside plastic surgeon, for this breast enhancement surgery. A 270 cc saline Ideal breast implant was placed in the right breast and a 340 cc implant was placed in the left breast through inframammary incisions in dual plane split submuscular pockets increasing this patient’s bra size from 32B to 32C. She is very active and has no problems with animation deformity or chest muscle function. Although her nipple asymmetry cannot be improved without a breast lift, she is very happy with the resulting symmetry in her breast volumes. Before and after photos show her breast augmentation results 3 months after her surgery.
