This patient consulted with Dr. Greg Park because of concerns about her small breasts. Mentor MemoryGel Xtra Moderate Plus Profile smooth round breast implants were used by Dr. Gregory Park, Oceanside plastic surgeon, for this breast enhancement surgery. 295 cc silicone breast implants were placed through inframammary incisions in subfascial (above the muscle) pockets increasing this patient’s bra size from 32B to 32D. Preoperatively, she told Dr. Park that she lifted heavy weights and did not want implants placed under her muscles due to risk of functional deficits and animation deformity. The patient was very happy with her results and reported no problems with muscle strength or flex deformities. Her before and after photos show her breast augmentation results 3 months after her surgery.
