Tall Height Moderate Plus profile anatomic breast implants measuring 205cc were placed partially under the pectoralis muscles in dual plane split muscle pockets. The patient is very active and has no issues with animation deformity of her pectoralis muscles when flexing or decreased muscle strength when working out. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size was increased from 32AA to 32B. Her before and after photos show her 4 month results.
