This patient chose to have 250cc breast implants placed through inframammary incisions in multiplane split submuscular pockets increasing this patient’s bra size from 32AA to 32B/C. She has no muscle function issues or animation deformity because of the implant pocket design. Her before and after photos show her breast augmentation results 4 months after her surgery.
