Ideal 370 saline breast implants filled to 400 cc were placed through inframammary incisions in dual plane split submuscular pockets increasing this patient’s bra size from 34A to 34D. She is very happy with her results. Her before and after photos show her breast augmentation results 4 months after her surgery.
