This patient reported breast deflation and sagging after nursing 2 children. On examination she had constriction of the lower breasts with high inframammary folds, pseudoptosis and breast atrophy. Ideal Saline Breast Implants were used by Dr. Gregory Park, Oceanside plastic surgeon, for this breast enhancement surgery. Ideal 300 saline breast implants filled to a final volume of 340 cc were placed through lowered inframammary incisions in dual plane split submuscular pockets increasing this patient’s bra size from 36B to 36D. She is very happy with her results. Her before and after photos show her breast augmentation results 4 months after her surgery.
