She decided to undergo bilateral breast augmentation using 265cc moderate plus profile round Mentor MemoryGel BOOST Gummy Bear silicone implants. The inframammary folds were lowered to address her mild breast constriction and ensure better breast shape. The implants were placed under the pectoralis muscles in dual plane split muscle pockets. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size was increased from 32A to 32C. Her before and after photos show her 3 month before and after results.
