This patient wanted to restore lost breast volume after weight loss. She discussed implant options with Dr. Greg Park. She decided to undergo bilateral breast augmentation using 225cc Moderate Plus profile round Mentor Saline implants filled to 270cc. The implants were placed under the pectoralis muscles in dual plane split muscle pockets. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size remained the same but added more upper pole fullness. Her before and after photos show her 4 month before and after results.
