This patient had constricted breasts with tuberous characteristics and shape asymmetry. Her inframammary folds were lowered to improve the shape of her breasts using breast implants. 635cc High Profile round silicone Gummy Bear breast implants were placed dual plane submuscular pockets increasing this patient’s bra size from 36B to 36DDD and improving the shape and size of her breasts. Her before and after photos show her breast augmentation results 4 months after her surgery.
