Before children this patient’s breast size was a 34B. After nursing she reported that her breast deflated and atrophied to a 34A. She consulted with Dr. Gregory Park, Oceanside plastic surgeon, and expressed that her goal with breast augmentation was to have her breasts look and feel natural and to restore her size to her pre-pregnancy volume. After discussing the options with Dr. Park, the patient chose 180cc Sientra Anatomic silicone breast implants.
