This patient consulted with Oceanside Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Gregory Park, to increase the size of her breasts. On exam the patient was noted to have mild volume asymmetry. The right breast was slightly larger than the left breast. The patient wanted to achieve natural feeling and natural looking breasts after her augmentation surgery. Dr. Park recommended using Sientra gummy bear anatomic silicone implants to enhance her breast size and shape. A 400cc shaped implant was placed on the left, and a 370cc shaped implant was placed on the right. These implants provided her with better volume symmetry after her surgery and increased her breast size from 36B to 36DD.
