This patient had 315cc saline breast implants placed many years ago by another surgeon. She developed capsular contracture and wanted to improve the shape and increase the size of her breasts. She underwent removal of her old implants and capsulectomy (removal of old implant scar tissue). A new set of Allergan Natrelle textured high profile silicone gel implants were placed by Dr. Gregory Park, Oceanside plastic surgeon, in both breast pockets. She was very happy with her “”new”” and improved breasts.
