This patient had saline implants (270cc) placed under her pectoralis muscles by another plastic surgeon about 15 years prior to finding Dr. Gregory Park. After her left breast implant deflated, she decided to replace her saline implants with Mentor Memory Shape Gummy Bear Anatomic (tear drop) shaped breast implants for this revision breast enhancement surgery. Before her revision surgery she did not like that breasts would move when she flexed her chest muscles. 350 cc breast implants were placed in dual plane split pectoralis muscle pockets reducing the chance of animation deformity. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size was increased from 32C to Full 32C. Her before and after photos show her results at 2 months.
