Doctor’s Comments
This patient was concerned about breast hardness, sagging and ripples after 3 breast augmentations performed by other plastic surgeons. She had a history of breast augmentation using silicone implants, placed in 1987, 1990 and 2003, over the muscle, through periareolar incisions. Patient underwent multiple breast surgeries in the past due to capsular contracture. She reported that the right breast was lower than the left after her second surgery. She said that she was asymmetric prior to surgery. Her implants were 400cc. She felt that they were too large and would get in the way when surfing. She underwent revision surgery with Dr. Park who performed a total capsulectomy, removal of her implants and breast lift using wise pattern/anchor type of incisions. She was very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the breast lift and implant removal. Her before and after photos show her results 3 months after her surgery.
