This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 450cc Mentor Silicone implants about 10 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her revision breast surgery. The patient did not like the appearance of her breasts after surgery and felt that her breasts were saggy and too large. She also felt that her implants were responsible for her hair loss, chronic fatigue and back and shoulder pain. She wanted Dr. Park to remove her silicone breast implants with total en bloc capsulectomy and have her breasts lifted. Her implants and capsules were removed and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the breast lift and implant removal with total capsulectomy. She reported resolution of her back and shoulder pain, as well as improvement in her fatigue. Her before and after photos show her results 3 months after her surgery. Size prior to surgery was 38DD. Size of her breasts now is around 38B.
