This patient complained of breast hypertrophy. Patient has a history of breast augmentation using Allergan saline implants, placed in 2010, under the muscle, through inframammary fold incisions. Size of the implants were 380 cc on the left and 450 cc on the right. Bra size with breast implants was 36DDD. Size prior to surgery was 36B.SHe chose Dr. Gregory Park to perform her Explant and breast lift. The saline breast implants were removed and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the surgery. Her before and after photos show her results 3 months after her surgery. Her bra size returned to a 36B.
