This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 240 cc saline implants and a donut mastopexy breast lift by another plastic surgeon in Seattle about 20 years ago. The patient did not like the appearance of her breasts after surgery and felt that her breasts and areolae were too large. She also felt that her implants were contributing to her chronic fatigue. She wanted to remove her saline breast implants and capsules, and have her breasts re-lifted. She underwent bilateral En Bloc total capsulectomies and the breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the revision breast lift and implant/capsule removal. Her before and after photos show her results 3 months after her surgery.
