Patient had a history of breast augmentation using 250cc silicone implants, placed 6 years prior in Newport Beach, under the muscle, through inframammary incisions. Her bra size was 34B/C. Size prior to surgery was 32A. This patient complained of breast asymmetry. She also felt that her implants no longer fit her active lifestyle.
She had her implants removed and was happy with her decision to explant. Her postoperative bra size was a 32A bra. Her before and after photos show her results 3 weeks after removal of her implants.
