This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 400 cc saline implants and breast lift in Los Angeles about 13 years prior to meeting Dr. Gregory Park. Her first surgery by her LA plastic surgeon was complicated by capsular contracture. The same surgeon performed total capsulectomies and a revision breast augmentation, but she developed capsular contracture shortly after her surgery again. The patient was not happy with the appearance of her breasts after surgery and felt that her breasts were too large and her areolae were too wide. She wanted to remove her saline breast implants and have her breasts re-lifted. Dr. Park performed an En Bloc capsulectomy with explant, and her breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the revision breast lift, total capsulectomy, and implant removal. Her before and after photos show her results 4 months after her surgery.
